Delivery information

We will only ship to the registered credit card billing address.

We are unable to ship to any other address unless clearly noted.

Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing for goods in stock in our London office. In many cases which are usually highlighted we may manufacture your product to order and we will ship directly from our international factory and the product may take 2-3 weeks plus or minus!

We use Fedex/DHL/TNT/SKYNET or similar express services for all our shipments.

You may purchase products for personal or resale unless specifically stated.

You cannot purchase with the view to copy in any which way or form the product you are buying or to reduplicate illegally without our consent.

We reserve the right to refuse orders for any reason without explanation.




If you are not fully happy with the products you have received you may return them to us within 14 days from the day after the day of receipt. Unless otherwise specified on the item it self or on the discretion of the company!

You will need to contact before sending any returns.

We will only accept products returned in their original, resalable condition.

All items must be returned at your cost in their original packaging.

We will be unable to accept the return of any products that appear to have been worn, washed, damaged or in any way differ from their original condition or that go against the above points!

Faulty items must be returned to us for inspection at your cost.

If found to have a genuine manufacturing defect, you will be offered an exchange, a store credit or a refund provided that the faulty product is returned within 14 days of receipt and that the fault has not been caused by natural wear and tear or improper use or negligent handling.

This does not affect and is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer.

Once items have been accepted, we will offer a refund or at your election an exchange, or store credit. Please note that refunds or credits will not include the cost of the original postage and packing.

Any returned products must be well packaged, as not to be damaged in transit.

Any returned products should be sent with a track able, insured postal service at your cost. If not, we cannot take responsibility for goods not arriving or arriving damaged! OGCLOTHING.COM is unable to assume responsibility for any lost or damaged items.

Dual branded / specially printed personalised cannot be returned full stop unless it was faulty. As the product has been specially produced/ printed for the client and if size is in correct, we still cannot take back and resell something that is specially personalised or printed.
